• RC2 tagged overnight but LU-19580 needs to be reverted so should be a quick RC3; biggest risk ATM is performance testing

• Tim reports that testing from gerrit patches for inkernel Lustre client coming along well https://tim-day-387.github.io/upstream-patch-review/ and hoping to be fully operational for 2.18
