2.16.0 Release Update
James
- Submitted patch to exercise IPv6. No real IPv6 support in Maloo testbed (because everything passes and that's not right). LU-16822.
- Several patches in the works and testing has begun.
- Only thing missing is the fault injection system.

- LDLM interval tree had first go around. Oleg reported an issue, and James is working on the fix now.
