Many landings from Oleg, but major statahead changes

Neil and James are working on this. James is focused on the user interface. James is going to place these in a test case for the future. Can LNET routers route between IPv4 and IPv6 systems?

Likely require both IPv4 and IPv6 NIDs

ORNL does not have an IPv6 system in the testbed, so he is trying to use IB and the 16 byte GUIDs
