2.13.0 Release Update
Peter

• We're in code freeze and just down to LU-12786 preventing RC1. PCC testing complete and DNE testing in progress. Doc patches exist for MR Routing, PCC, SEL and DNE

• Testing of MR Routing and SEL complete. Still investigating a couple of possible SEL issues. Will update SEL doc patch in response to review feedback.

• About halfway in porting 2.12 patches
• Feedback from kernel maintainers that LNet should provide IPv6 support
