2.14.0 Release Update

• Tagged Rc1 this week; tending to think that remaining OST Pool Quotas issues (LU-14300 and LU-13587) could be known issues for the release; Sebastien has a fix relating to migrating directories with encryption that probably justifies an RC2; also an issue around mount times when using HSM also should be addressed (LU-14399)

• Reviewed revisions based on conversation last meeting. Spotted a typo to correct. Will send this out over the next couple of weeks
