Minutes

2.14.0 Release Update
Peter

  • Pool Quotas seems to be one iteration away from landing and the current version of the patch has been included in master-next to prevent merge conflicts happening. Client encryption and DNE patches caused issues in master-next testing so had to be revised. Thanks to Chris Horn for UDSP reviews. Erasure Coding still needing reviews.
    • Cory: Would like to see the fix for LU-13416 land.
    • Peter: James Nunez will look into the test failures
    • James: interested in LUTF. Could be interesting for LNet Monitoring purposes too

Upstream Lustre Client
James

  • Managed to build the Lustre utilities with the native Lustre client

lustre.org
Ken (via email)

  • Still working through backlog of requests to lustre.org mailing list

Virtual Dev Day
Peter

  • Any thoughts about the proposal to replace the developer day in light of LUG switching to being a virtual event
    • Cory: Your straw man idea last time seemed ok
    • Peter: Let's try that out then and then check in to see whether to schedule others based on the success of that trial

Other Business
