Agenda
Last Monday, June 29th, OpenSFS notified Intel that it is canceling contract SFS-DEV-005 (the protocol documentation project). Per the contract, cancellation requires 30 days notice. The official end date of the contract was therefore agreed to be July 29th.
Project close goals
- remove implementation (Andreas)
- doc re-orginsation.
- state machine for file open or connect.. more effort for connect, but it is better understood by andrew.
Milestones for the next 4 weeks:
- next week: implementation removed, re-org begins.
- week after: re-org complete.
- final week: final snapshot and lessons learned.
NOTE after 29th July: for the foreseeable future we anticipate the git repo and build infrastructure to be maintained for this project.
