Oleg is away on vacation, but still landing patches. Patch landing speed expected to increase when he returns.

James - testing on Cray, using 3.11.[9?] kernel on servers.

James - looking at lnet-layer checksumming for non-bulk rpcs. Haven't had time to start yet.
