Whamcloud DevOps investigating what needs to be done (LU-17889); Unclear what needs to happen still for LU-16822

Will push slight tweaks necessary then should be ok to merge; most recent patch is clean-up and can be tracked under a separate ticket

Oleg has been looking to get feedback on questions re one of Shaun's patches (555300) which is blocking RHEL 9.4 server support from landing. Does anyone know what is happening with SLES15 SP6? It was scheduled to go GA in June
