2.14.0 Release Update

• RHEL 7.9 GA yesterday so we'll switch to that for our primary distro

• Pool Quotas testing against 2.13.56 tag. Will post results shortly

• Sean and Kirill will be co-leads of LOWG. Expect to ratify Lustre trademark usage guidelines in an upcoming LWG meeting

• Do we want to consider switching to a yearly release cadence

• ATM we are operating under a 9 month cadence but the end result is a release at least once per year. I suspect if we set out to put a release out in aa year it would end up taking longer than that
