2.16.0 Release Update

Peter
Only 5 IPv6 patches outstanding; several landed since last meeting; where are we in terms of docs and test plan?

James
Still a few more patches to come; have been testing at home but not created formal test plan yet or created docs; will need changes to autotest in readiness for testing IPv6; these are detailed in LU-16822

Andreas
Created a ticket in the internal tools project to get that work in the queue for the autotest maintainers

Michael
Willing to help with testing when ready

Some initial work for JIRA migrating to cloud version due to Atlassian deprecating on-prem option; Have been deactivating unused accounts to simplify migration
