Only 5 IPv6 patches outstanding; several landed since last meeting; where are we in terms of docs and test plan?

Still a few more patches to come; have been testing at home but not created formal test plan yet or created docs

Some initial work for JIRA migrating to cloud version due to Atlassian deprecating on-prem option; Have been deactivating unused accounts to simplify migration
