2.16.0 Release Update

More patches are needed, and this is the long pole in the tent; there are 14 patches that need to be reviewed and merged; at the current rate of reviewing patches, it may take a couple of months to get these merged

Statahead patch and ptlrpc (PATCH 34707); client side patch where if you are adding attributes to a batch the reply buffer is sized correctly. James has interest in back-porting it to upstream

2.15.3 released; MOFED support for RHEL 8.8 not yet tested due to delay in available MOFED release

RedHat and IBM will no longer publicly release source for EL. This is effective as of RHEL-8.8, unsure about which version of RHEL-9.x will be affected - https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/furthering-evolution-centos-stream
