2.15.0 Release Update

• Lab move slowed the pace of master landings slightly but everything expected to be complete by the end of this week; 66 issues still marked with fix version 2.15

• Lustre 2.15 testing well at scale in terms of both performance and stability; issues with xattrs on RHEL8 the main concern
