2.9 Release Status/Update

2.10 Release Update
Peter

  • Oleg is doing final testing on ~ 50 patches which will be first 2.10 landings
  • Peter advises should be able to talk more substantively about 2.10 content on next LWG call


Upstream Lustre Client
James

  • Has a new patches series to clean up API headers; still needs to tackle Lustre_Config
  • Peter Andreas's email elicitied a long list of area to tackle from Al Viro to be sent privately to Oleg.
  • James the list seems manageable

Ken

  • ORNL recently supplied original document for Lustre Internals Document and Ken is converting it to an editable format


Other Business

  • Peter: Unlikely to get quorum for a meeting on Dec 29th so let's cancel
