The contract has been in place since November 2011 and it's time for a refresh. Toward that end the CDWG is gathering requirements for the refresh:

* Extend the due date for the contract's quarterly report to five business days after end of quarter.

* Define release cadence including which releases will be deemed maintenance releases.
* Increase scope to include process for implementing testing improvements.
* Codify quality metrics (note: contract should reference the wiki where the metrics are detailed. Having the metrics definitions live on the wiki will allow us to update them more easily).
* Define release criteria (note: contract should reference the wiki where the criteria is defined. Having the criteria defined on the wiki will allow us to update it more easily).
** Release criteria (test plans) require sign-off by CDWG (?)
* Intel has proposed "a small change to the indemnification section, to align with Intel standards"
